This year AMP has decided to use Saturdays to do some special sharing. On Saturdays each week we will post some of the extra songs that we didn't have time or space for, but that are just too awesome to leave out.

This was the first song that introduced me to the idea of soulful, advent-y music at this time of year. Joni Mitchell points to the complexity that for some can lie just beyond the glow of our Christmas lights and can come close on the heels of our tidings of good cheer.
